This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the contact form, what we use it for and what rights you have. It is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection law.

2. What data we collect
We only collect data when you write to us through the contact form:

We also store the language of the site you used, the date and time of submission and the record of your consent.
We do not collect special categories of data. The site has no customer area and no user accounts.
3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

We do not use your email for newsletters or marketing. If we ever do, we will ask for separate consent.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
We use providers that process data on our behalf under contract:

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for other purposes.
6. Your rights
At any time you can:
- access your data;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- ask for erasure;
- ask us to restrict the processing, or object to it;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
7. Complaints
If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at cnpd.pt.
9. Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects consent you have already given, we will ask again.
